Yes, all therapy sessions are held online via Zoom. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions. What matters most is the quality of the relationship and the approach we use, not the location. It’s therapy on your terms – no commute, no awkward waiting rooms.
-
We take a small deposit to secure your booking for paid sessions.
Cancel more than 24 hours before = full refund.
Cancel 12–24 hours before = 50% refund.

Good news: no GP referral is needed to work with me. You are free to book directly without waiting. There’s no Medicare rebate – but also no gap fee. There are no hidden charges: what you see is what you pay.

IFS is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you understand and heal your inner world. It’s based on the idea that we all have different “parts” inside us — like the inner critic, the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the wounded child — and that these parts form a kind of internal family.
Instead of trying to get rid of these parts, IFS helps you build a compassionate relationship with them so they can let go of extreme roles and return to a more balanced state.

No – IFS is not family therapy. It doesn’t involve other people from your family or require anyone else to attend sessions. The “family” in IFS refers to the different parts of your inner world – not your actual relatives.
IFS is especially helpful for people who:
Struggle with inner conflict or self-sabotage
Feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift
Have unresolved trauma or complex emotional history
Want to understand themselves more deeply and heal at the root
It’s gentle, respectful, and incredibly empowering. It works well for both past trauma and present-day challenges.
